Granola Energy Bars

We are going to talk “ENERGY BARS” this time. As a student, that has some pretty busy days, I’ve found making something dense in calories to keep you going for a couple of hours, while being healthy as well, is the way to go. Energy bars usually consist of 4 important parts: the fibre+ carbs, the sweetener, the fats and the flavor we want to end up with. Depending on this formula, you can say that energy bars/ balls are very versatile. I’ve posted some versions before on my instagram @eatwithsteff , but today we’re going through another easy combo. Main ingredients: 1 1/2 cups of homemade cinnamon granola   3 tbsp of peanut butter  22 dates (about 1 cup) Optional ingredients to spice it up: [vegan or not] white chocolate (about 70 grams) freeze dried raspberries (just a couple of them) Preparation: 1.You start by soaking the dates in water at least 4 hours.
